What is the tall grass policy?

We highly value the time and equipment our pros use, and in doing so, we reserve the right to charge a premium fee based on your normal rate for mowing an overgrown yard as follows:

- Tall Grass over 6 inches : Normal Mowing Rate x2
	- Tall Grass over 9 inches : Normal Mowing Rate x4
	- Tall Grass over 15 inches: Requires a custom quote and Deposit

Overgrown grass takes time and puts a strain on our equipment. Plus tall grass mowing requires a cleanup or clumps/piles of grass will be left on the lawn which will cause brown spots and other issues. Leaving the excess grass clippings on your lawn will ruin it.

If you do have an overgrown lawn, let us know in advance and if you can text us several pictures of the overgrown areas would be a huge help!

Also, to save cost, we ask that you walk your property and remove any items in the yard, garden hoses, boats, cars, trailers, debris, trash, bricks, tires or limbs that may cause damage to equipment or property. We are not responsible for damaging property or anyone during this process.

How did you price my lawn?

We use public data (Zillow & Google Maps) to get information about your lawn and property size to make an accurate price for services and we are running at a 99% accuracy rate. If your lawn is over 7k square feet, an acreage, have a lot of obstacles in the yard, maybe on a steep incline, or under construction, then we may have to re-price your lawn and we would let you know asap if any changes to the price must be made.

How does payment work?

We accept debit and credit cards just like all other major online shopping businesses and charge your card typically at the end of the week your lawn was serviced. The delayed charge gives you time to make sure everything is up to your standards and time for us to fix anything, if needed.

Question 5

Do I have to be home for my service?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to be present while we service your lawn. However, if you need to send us a note via email or text message in regards to any additional service or anything else to be aware of on your scheduled service day if you're not home, please do and we can get you taken care of while we are at your home.

Question 6

What should I do with my pet on lawn service day and what about the gate?

Please keep your pet inside during lawn service day. PLUS, we require dog waste be picked up prior to our visit. Dog waste poses a health risk to our crew and the next customer we service after you. If your dog waste isn't picked up, we will remind you, but eventually we will either charge a $25 fee to cover cleaning our equipment at your house with your hose or double that fee if we have to stop at a car wash.

We do our best to shut the gate after your service, but we are not perfect. Please help us out and check your gate on your service days before letting your pets back into the yard. Thank you!
